Walgreens

"This is the worst walgreens ever. My daughter doctor put in a prescription between 3 and 5 p.m. when my husband went to pick it up he was told that the prescription want be ready until 5:00. It's 6 people in there pharmacy it shouldn't be no reason why it should take 8 hours to fill a prescription. I talked to the store manager Sean and he was very rude. He was very disrespectful and sarcastic. He told me to get something over the counter and it was no need for my daughter's prescription to be filled anyway he did this rude laugh as if something is funny. He doesn't need to be a manager at Walgreens. He's making walgreens look really bad as a company. A company that he didn't work hard to build. He's bringing walgreens down with his careless ways. Because that's exactly how he came off on the phone careless."

"Worst pharmacy experience!! I gave the tech in drive thru the name for the prescription I'm picking up them she proceeded to tell the pharmacist needs to call my insurance. Why when I didn't give you my card yet? She mutes the mic and that talk amongst themselves. I asked her if she has the right insurance, she gets a paper from nowhere and says " yeah I'm fixing it". I asked her multiple times if she needs to take my insurance card. She asked me what insurance I have I told her. She looks at her paper and says that's not what's on here. She asked if I have Medicare or medicaid. I have neither. I asked her one last time if she needs my insurance card and she finally takes it. Then tells me the system is down and I have to call in the morning. At no point did she ask me anything else other than the name to verify she had the correct patient. I went to another walgreens and had zero problem getting the prescription filled. At this point I'm convinced she didn't even have the correct patient pulled up."

"I have really been impressed with the pharmacy! The staff has always been so helpful and courteous. After transferring from another Walgreens, I started a new medication and the pharmacist himself called to make sure everything was going well. Another time, the tech and pharmacist helped me get a Rx for a family member that had been sent to our "previous" home Walgreens by mistake. The staff in the store has been great every time I have visited, too. I was greeted and helped cheerfully. What a lift on a hard, hot day! I don't mind driving a little bit further for good experiences like this."

"Temporary closed on Sunday 7/31/2022? Been trying to call for 3 days, no luck with the phone. Eventually when calling the line just cuts off. So far staff is professional/friendly in person though. It was open yesterday so not sure what's going on...been on hold 10 min with the pharmacy."

"Requested an appointment over 24 hrs ago for an appt today at 12pm for covid testing, sadly I'm still waiting on a confirmation email, that's required for said appointment, meaning you won't be seen unless you receive confirmation. The appointment was scheduled for 4 hrs ago. Everytime I call to inquire information, I get greeted with rudeness, or hung up on before anyone comes on the line. I'll be going to Bettermed Monday morning, it took less than 10 minutes for their confirmation email to come through and their customer service actually pretends to care. This place is a joke."
