"Very rude and unprofessional front desk ladies. Ashley and Maryam needs to get fired. They don’t deserve this job. No help at all I ahve 10 months old daughter that they did not even listen- hangs up the phone and you straggle to reach out to the doctor."

"From the start Chelsey was very helpful with getting all 5 of my kids switched over to the practice seamlessly and getting them in to be seen in a timely fashion. I saw a few different providers whom all were courteous and knowledgeable. Overall very pleased with the practice."

"This is getting really difficult to go to, they have canceled my kids appointments twice claiming it was not confirmed by a text which was never received, showed them no calls were received and my phone was active all the time which they claimed it was deactivated, no one seemed to care about a parent taking a day off just for the appointment and all concerns were we our system sent the message and thats what matters to them whether you did get it or not. But the doctors and nurses are very nice, thats why maybe everyone is trying to work with the issues and difficulties with front desk."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED! Been with this office since I moved here 10years ago. I loved this office. Because I wasn’t able to make some appointments they decided to send a termination letter. I tried calling (left about 6 messages) to speak to the head of the office to who makes these decisions which is Amy Lynch and I finally get a text message saying that she won’t return my call and that the decision was final. 1st that’s so unprofessional to send a text and not return a clients call. Now looking at these reviews I’m understanding why clients are so unhappy. But I will say I think Dr. Justice is an amazing doctor. Very sad how this office hires rude and unprofessionals to represent them."

"We have been going to this practice for 10 years and have had several issues, primarily with the wait times and scheduling. It makes no sense to me that you can be charged late/cancellation fees but they can make you wait 30 min to and hour for a scheduled appointments. This year we have had no luck with scheduling appointments. Every time we call to try and book one, there is little to no availability (we have ended up doing sports physicals etc at urgent care). The last 3 times I have called for sick appointments they told me unapologetically that they were booked and to go to urgent care. We are away on vacation with a sick child (with gastrointestinal issues which she has been treated there for before) and I decided to call ahead for a sick appointment(4 days ahead of time) so as to insure an appointment upon our return. I was told you can only schedule a sick appointment for the same day (or for the day after). I argued with the receptionist that I can never get an appointment and she was very rude and unsympathetic. It almost feels pointless to write this as we haven’t been in what must be 2/3 years and the fault may be with us since we probably should’ve looked for another practice. Long story short, pick somewhere else. This place is too full, unsympathetic nor accommodating and have zero availability for even normal wellness checks. ETA… update 3/9/23 Instead of trying to remedy the above issue, this practice sent us a letter “terminating” their relationship with us. So much for “do no harm” etc. It’s not that hard; answer the phone with empathy and kindness, instead of a “tough luck” attitude. I very rarely write negative reviews, in fact this may be my only one! Fredericksburg’s kids are in desperate need of reliable healthcare providers. Save yourself some heartache, find a different practice."
