"I took my children to this office for 5 years before I moved away. I wanted to come back and write a review because until I had been to a different pediatrician's office, I did not realize what a good job Dr. Hoang did in not over-prescribing antibiotics. When my boys were small, they were prone to upper respiratory infections that would cause asthma. If I'd been at my current practice, I am sure that they would have been prescribed antibiotics (and pretty heavy-duty ones, at that) every single time. Dr. Hoang showed me how to use OTC meds and inhalers and careful monitoring to allow them to heal without antibiotics-- and it worked! AND they did outgrow the asthma. They are very healthy now and very rarely get sick, and I am sure it is because they have a strong immune system that hasn't been damaged by antibiotic overuse. Dr. Hoang was also very breastfeeding-friendly, which many pediatricians are not."

"Terrible staff, especially the receptionists and nurses. Very rude, unfriendly, impatient, rushed, Ill mannered. It’s like they dread being there and want you out ASAP. I waited 30 minutes from my appointment time til when the doctor came in. The receptionist can’t be working at the front desk if she lacks something simple like thank you’s."

"The nurses were very disrespectful towards me and acted very unprofessional, and the doctors barely could give me some sort of help to calm my daughter I do not recommend this place to anyone they are rude."
