"I’ve been bringing daughter to Dr. Katz’s/Jessica a Nurse practitioner for years now my daughter loves her, but front desk staff are very rude, unprofessional and just very unhelpful whoever is the office manager at the manassas office need to figure out what’s going. They Never answer phones trying to get an appointment/talk to a nurse on the phone is nearly impossibly there either putting you on hold or transferring you to someone that is more rude and more unprofessional, the previous person you smh after today I will be definitely looking for a new practice. Not because of the Doctors and nurse practitioners, but the stuff that they have working for them front desk, back desk unprofessional and unhelpful. Very frustrating when you love the doctors ."
