"After countless confirmation emails, text​s​, and phone calls from Dr. Lender’s office regarding my scheduled appointment, they called me on the day of my appointment to tell me that Dr. Lender was no longer accepting new patients. This is an unacceptable practice, as patients schedule their time around booked, confirmed appointments. The fact that I received so many confirmation messages from them makes this even more abhorrent. ​The office then promised to follow up with me later in the day and, of course to no one's surprise, couldn't even manage that -- I had to call them the next day. ​Find a practice who values their patients and stay away from this one."
