"We have recently transferred to this practice and introduced our newborn here. Nurses and doctors are great and very supportive! The receptionists however, are the antithesis of what a receptionist should be. They are very mean and off putting. Unless you speak to them like you’re dumb, in a very soft and innocent voice, they will be very rude in their responses. It has happened multiple times. Again, nurses and doctors are fantastic! Excellent bedside manner! As of now it’s worth dealing with the front desk."
