"Generally this pharmacy is fine, however there have been numerous times now that they have fun out of a medication (for seizures) that I have needed to pick up and they do not feel the need to notify me that the medication is not in stock. This has left me scrambling to try to find out if said medication is available at any other pharmacy in the area. It is ridiculous that they cannot sent out a notification that my prescription was in fact not filled so that I have more time to try to find a pharmacy that can fill my prescription. It is now the weekend, at closing time and I will have to go without 3 doses of my medication until Monday because I will not be able to contact my doctor until then, and the pharmacy will not have the current prescription in stock. When you are in control on people’s life saving medication you would think you would take it more seriously and notify people that you are unable to fill their prescription when they place it so they have more time to try to figure something out about getting. Very disappointing."
