"We came to Hampton to stay over for the weekend when we decided to come to buckroe beach since it was close by . We saw a trailer that had a sign that said "jet ski rental " we walked up to it excited to try out their jet ski when we were attended by this rude employee . He talked to me aggressively and insisted he will not rent us the jet ski due to the reason that " he is the owner and can decide who he rents the jet skies out to . I definitely felt profiled and targeted. I did not approach him in any type of disrespectful way . Hampton Watersports definitely need to work on their customer service and they way they treat their customers . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY WHO IS A MINORITY TRYING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME BECAUSE I CAN SAY I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE."

"Worst place to come rent out jet ski. felt RACIALLY profiled. At the moment we got to the jet ski rental the owner decided not to rent out the jet skis to us for no reason. I Do not Recommend we don't need people like that here."

"I have jet skied at a lot of different places and countries and this was by far one of the best if not the best experience I have had. The staff was very friendly and chill and the jet skis were powerful and kept in good condition. The area they let you ride is very large and they don’t restrict you to a small area like some places. The price was one of the best I have seen as well. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Stop by here on your way to VA beach(30 min away), you will not regret it."
