"I have my son on Clozapine and gets it a week after his blood works done and this CVS was assigned to have his medications refilled automatically by their system. I always get a text to have it picked up for the first 2 months, then after that I have to call them each time where the meds are and they have a lot of excuses. The manager, Amy and the guy that works there were so helpful but the other lady who is bilingual was so mean! I received a text message and was told to pick up the medicine when it was ready after persistent inquiry when I can pick it up after they said that the medication has to be ordered yet. She told me to pick it up on a Tuesday where I have to work and asked her that I can pick it up on a Wednesday of my day off. I wish I remembered her name when said, quote “you need to pick it up on Wednesday or we put it back to the shelves” unquote. Wow! How can a pharmacist tell this to a customer! Are they supposed to give at least 7 days after consistent text messages that if we don’t pick it up it will be back to the shelves? I had enough, so I called my son’s doctor and his nurse and so his medication is now moved to another pharmacy where last week I got a text that his medication was ready without calling them. I am telling this story to aware the public and the management that customers need their medication badly and should not be treated that this pharmacy can just be manipulative."

"Having been to at least 30 CVS pharmacies, I would say in a heartbeat that is is the absolute best! Our pharmacist Ms. Amy is great. Things just run so smoothly there and this location is absolutely much better than the experience of a typical CVS location."

"The manager of this CVS is kind, helpful, and attentive. She has worked here for years and has surrounded herself with fine people- her staff is wonderful!! The pharmacists are equally excellent. It is a pleasure to be taken care of by such good people. The store itself has recently been transformed. It is far more attractive- the transformation brought some luxury brands with significantly higher prices. (I’m curious about whether these changes are bringing in more business)"
