"I had a wonderful experience with the Dr and staff here. My 3 month old daughter came to get her tongue and lip tie revision. They were very gentle with my daughter before and after her procedure and did a great job showing me how to do the stretches. After her final appointment they even gave my daughter this adorable certificate! Highly recommend!"

"I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience was unfortunately one of the worst doctor visits I’ve ever had. The lactation consultant was demeaning, critical, and aggressive. I was crying and asked multiple times for her to be less aggressive and the response was not very kind. Once the doctor came to assess my daughters tongue and lip tie, she told us the ties weren’t serious, and that we probably don’t need to get them released. After such a bad experience, I didn’t feel right in my gut to continue going there. We ended up seeing a specialist in CLT who was incredibly respectful and kind. He also diagnosed her ties correctly. He knew that everything we were experiencing wasn’t normal & that her tires were quite serious. Ever since her ties have been released, she has been a completely different baby. I’m thankful we decided to go to a different practice where we were heard and my daughter was well cared for. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, because I don’t want anyone’s reputation to be hurt…but I would rather protect moms that are in such a delicate postpartum season who will only feel more discouraged after leaving their appt. They will tell you they are the best in the area, but we experience much better care elsewhere."

"Wonderful experience! The staff and physician are very kind, personable, and knowledgable. My daughter had a tongue and lip tie that was keeping her from nursing properly and gaining weight and they were able to see her quickly after she was born. They gave amazing care and made sure that I was well informed about every option and outcome. They were kind and took all the time with me I needed. Their in-house lactation consultant, Jane, was amazing! Was able to help me even before my daughter had the procedure to improve her nursing. Also, on a very busy day Dr. Kitrell came to do my follow up in the car (I had my toddler with me) and then after seeing my infant, helped me with a HUGE blowout my toddler had. Such compassionate care that goes above and beyond; they truly care about their patients and the families and are not in a rush, but take all the time you need."
