"Dr. Rogers kept my terminally ill uncle waiting in an exam room for 55 minutes after his 2:15PM scheduled appointment. After being checked in and having his vitals taken, he waited 15 minutes before asking staff for an update and being assured Dr. Rogers would be in soon. Another 15 minutes passed and no doctor, then 30 minutes and no doctor. In the room and 55 minutes later, my uncle was in excruciating pain and had either been forgotten or ignored and left. The appointment was on a Wednesday. I am writing this review on a Sunday after no call or outreach by Dr. Rogers or his staff. This is why we are leaving LewisGale and moving to Carilion."
