"Great location to access the pedestrian shopping area. Also close to the Ting Pavilion. Only difficulty was the time it took to exit and pay for the parking after attending a concert. Must be patient and wait to get through the bottle neck. People were polite and nice to one another which made it much better experience."

"Elevator and handicap accessible parking near elevators. Payment is complicated. It is best to read payment instructions when entering rather than figure them out upon leaving. Area in and around garage is not well populated during weekday evenings. It is, however, clean and fairly well lighted."

"I’d give it zero but I can’t. I waited 2 HOURS to get out and the security guard said “I don’t care how long it takes as long as we get our money.” We literally had to call the police because people were crying and throwing up in their cars. NEVER PARK HERE UNLESS YOU HATE YOURSELF."

"There has to be a better way to handle Ting Pavilion concert traffic. I paid at the kiosk before returning to my car as instructed on numerous signs throughout the garage. I then sat on the 3rd level with absolutely no movement for over an hour. When I finally reached the exit, 90 minutes after arriving at my car, and scanned my already paid ticket, I owed an additional fee for the extra time it took to get down to the exit. Of course every single driver having to unexpectedly pull out their credit cards and process that additional payment was slowing down the flow of traffic even more. Do better Water Street Garage and figure out how to handle the volume of traffic you have when a concert is happening."

"Clean safe parking for your vehicle. $6 day or less for an hour or two. Close to the downtown Mall and amphitheatre. You can walk to the UVA campus from there in 20-25 minutes."
