Reviews
"Pretty good trail with low elevation. At some point goes through a residential area, but it's a short distance. So far I did 23 miles on it one way, and can't wait to ride it all."
"Beautiful flat trail from Arlington to Purceville covering over 45 miles. There are a lot of road crossing so need to be careful and its good for endurance biking. Fall colors made it all beautiful."
"The W&OD is an amazing trail that this city is so lucky to have. I wish more city would have dedicated trail like this all over the US. It encourages people to bike to work. This trail is perfect for Cyclists, Runners, Walkers for all ages. Very safe dedicated trail with little to no Vehicles. It also connects other Trails like the Four Mile run and Mt. Vernon trail. Definitely a 5 star."
"Easy grade, paved, established trail. First mile and a half has pedestrian crossing, but once you cross Columbia Pike, no issues of car traffic if you really want to zone out. Beautiful scenery."
