"I wanted to express my gratitude to The Quest Psychological Team, for helping me learn about my brain. It is a huge relief to be able to finally have answers and be able to definitively say I have "blank". Reading some of the reviews I am confused. While I did have to wait a while between my 1st and 3rd/final appointment, I was made aware of that before hand. Also, in the paperwork it explains how diagnoses cannot be taken back, they also explained that verbally to me. If I had been given my diagnoses a couple years ago, I would have not reacted the same. I would've gotten upset and denied I had "blank", it's all about your state of mind and where you are in your treatment. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Lannon and would recommend Quest to others."

"I’m not surprised the five star reviews were left by other providers and not clients. Save your money and your time. If you want a quality evaluation I strongly you go anywhere else!! I had a very similar experience to the other girl in the reviews. They take bits and pieces and formulate it into incorrect information and when you attempt to reach out to correct them that that is in fact not the case but instead fragmented bits of information made out to be something completely different, you’re told, “Everything is finalized…but you’re welcome to get a second opinion elsewhere”. I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE. A waste of time and a waste of 500$. Not only that…they make you wait months for the initial appointment and for weeks between appointments (because it’s more than one). The only reason I went here was because my PCP recommended it when I asked (I understand now she probably only did because it’s located in the same building), but best believe when I see her again I’m going to suggest she also refrain from sending people there. After that I just googled a place and actually read the reviews this time and was given an appointment that week, covered by insurance, and it’s not a series of appointments. Wish I could give this place negative stars because it doesn’t deserve one at all."
