"Well if you’re considering this place for employment and look them up and their reviews as I did please be warned of the following: There is ZERO DIRECTION they like to call a “team environment” which means to many hands are in the pot so you have no clue who to listen to. The training is not there so please please don’t be new at the job. If they don’t like every aspect about you they will make you crazy uncomfortable I was only on day 3 of employment which I understand and my daughter who has some mental illness and issues was not doing well in school upon having to sit with my extremely disregulated 4 year old in class all day they fired me after claiming “family comes first” that morning and the owner prides himself on being “reasonable” Be warned and just don’t. I see why their turnaround time for employees was so bad. Let me just mention it’s Christmas time, I have 2 children 6 & 4 years old who BOTH HAVE AUSTISM. They were both upset because I went back to work after spending so much time with them. I could’ve resolved this very quick. But now, they have taken away copays for the specialists they need or any chance they will have a good Christmas. Thanks yall!"

"I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this practice since 2019. I had the privilege of first going there before the increased popularity of telehealth appointments (pre-COVID) and found the location, atmosphere, office environment, and staff nothing but accommodating. After switching to online appointments, the only real change was my ability to meet with Gary in my fuzzy slippers while sipping tea in the comfort of my home. I am an avid supporter of regular mental health maintenance, so I have seen many therapeutic providers over the last 40 years. In comparison, I find Gary Rotfus, in particular, to be quite skilled at balancing the nuances and needs presented to him while offering a safe, nurturing, and informative space for me to continue toward my self improvement. I have recommended Gary and his practice to many individuals over the last four years and will continue to do so!"

"I can completely understand why there are so many terrible reviews of this psychology office! Why are there so many negative reviews? Every time I call the front desk is extremely rude. Short tempered, condescending, and extremely unprofessional! They makes mistakes and do not owe on it, and try to blame the patients. There’s a reason why your reviews are so low and it’s because your office and the people that you hire are rude to people that are handling situations that are extremely sensitive. I make all my mother’s appointments because of health reasons, and have nothing but pleasant experiences with all the other medical offices I deal with on a weekly basis… except for this office, They take no accountability! You would think that they would have empathy compassion but they do not! Please seek help elsewhere. Many people have had a similar experience. Please read the reviews."

"This practice is nothing less than a breath of fresh air. The office staff are easy to speak to and helpful. The providers here are well educated and are changing lives one day at a time. After reading some of these reviews I had to keep in mind the different type of people being seen here because I can't imagine that any of these issues could ever be with the people at this practice."

"I am surprised to see negative comments regarding the administrative staff, as I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with them all. I have been going here for the last 6-8 months. They are always welcoming when I arrive in person. If miss a call back from them, they not only leave a nice and thorough voicemail, but they have also emailed me, to ensure the communication went through. They are timely with returning calls and have continued to take the extra steps to make sure I am taken care of. Secondly, I am happy with my medication management provider there, Dr. Ralph. He has been helpful and informative as I figure out the best medication path for myself. I hope the Fairfield Psych. reputation only continues to go up from here. Thank you for your services."
