"I have waited patiently on more than few occasions for well over 20 minutes. The one day I’m 14 minutes late it’s an inconvenience to see me although a 15 minute grace period is given from what the front desk clerk told me before she called back to see if I would be seen."

"I have been at this practice for over a year now because my last Primary Health Group Dr at another practice retired. I have pages upon pages of how this groups staff is incompetent at their jobs. I like my Dr the few times I have seen him but the staff is horrible. Though my Dr has told me verbally i needed 4 referals for other Drs and I have only gotten one with the latest being a referal for a cardiologist which I never got even after being diagnosed that I may have a heart conditioning in the office. I call and call, speak with different people from the Drs nurse to referal department to complaining to the front desk only to get "we'll have the Dr get back with you" but it never happens. Unfortunately after 7 weeks of this last bout I had a heart attack which led me to an ER and hospital stay in which I had to have 3 stints. I have also documented issues where I cannot get my refills in a timely manner despite my pharmacy and me calling with one time going with out my blood pressure for 3 weeks only to be told "my Dr is on vacation". What, seriously!!! With my heart attack being the last straw I will be looking for another primary Dr. If you want to live I wouldn't choose this practice. Oh and please don't leave a "were sorry you can contact us" response because it apparently won't do any good. I will be handling this further in a different manner."

"Canceled appointment with no email or text notification. Told the next appointment is over a year out. In the age of spam phone calls, they should do better than just try to call me (so they say, I have no record of it). When I work a job that I can’t answer the phone, that still isn’t a great only option. Especially when the mistake of scheduling is on their end. I’ll be looking for another office that can do better."

"Dr. Goode is an exceptional internist. She listens and asks pertinent questions to your concerns. She takes time with you and waits until you fully explain whatever issues you may present. I am thoroughly pleased with her professionalism! I had my annual wellness physical December 12, 2022 with Dr. Goode… it was another excellent and informative visit. She is always thorough in her assessment and gives caring feedback."
