"Rude and uninformed front desk staff. Therapist relayed one set of information for joining in their social groups before first appointment, but after initial meeting informed us of their "policy" for multiple private therapy sessions before social group placement. Apparently this is practice policy, not child specific, and therapist simply said "oh whoops, sorry." When we questioned why we were not told, especially since we were told it would be an easy placement due to being a current patient with another practice, and were simply told that our therapist forgot to inform us. We have tried for 3 weeks to discuss our concerns with the business managers, Shiela (office manager) and Jackie (patient relations?) but have yet to receive anything above a childish runaround from either. Apparently Rehabilitation Associates' professional approach to an unhappy patient is to simply ignore them. Based on our experience, this practice has a clear bait and switch policy for getting new patients to their practice. There is no way I would reccomend this practice to anyone."

"My son is seen for Occupational therapy. We have worked with his therapist for about a year now and we LOVE her!! She is patient, very knowledgeable and flexible with her schedule."
