"One of the worse customer services I have seen. It’s 2024 and you till have to come to their office to pay for utilities bills. You can’t even see your bills online."

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Online credit card payments are down and you must go in to pay by cash or check. I don't mind driving or anything, however it would be nice to have an extension to pay or at least provide more options to pay, like over the phone or anything. People who work from 9-5 don't really have the option to make it in on time."

"The asian younger lady is vat the window that take payments is very rude. She's so nasty for no reason, she needs to work for herself; she definitely should not be in customer service. I will make sure the people we vote into office removes her she needs to be removed from this position."

"Make sure you pay your bill in person and get a receipt. Pay early. If you mail a check during the last week before due, beware. They warn you to allow 7-10 days for checks to be processed when paying by mail, which in 2020 is crazy. Also, the online pay is stuck in the late 90's - early 2000's. Fees for paying with e-checks, debit and credit cards, and no option for auto pay. Unbelievable. Add to that the exorbitant price for water here. Good grief. I urge anyone thinking of moving here to do your research about this "city.""

"This should be avoided at any chance. The people that work here are unhelpful and will nickle and dime you for every single thing you do. They charge you to pay over the phone, they charge you to pay over the internet, they charge you to pay with a CC, they charge for echecks.. The only thing they don't charge a fee for is a physical check. So they WASTE tons of money sending out bills, checking the mail, processing paper checks just so they don't have to accept credit cards for free. Then, they will do their math wrong when they get their checks and charge you extra fees, missing items, and then charge you interest.. despite writing them checks for the exact amount (with no way to auto pay). I just had two incorrect bills come back with late fees and charges despite checking on my bank that they cashed the checks before the amount was due for the right amount. Thieves with bad customer service..."
