"This has been the best therapist I've seen in the many many years of going to therapy. Betty has been a saving grace per say. She might not be everyone's cup of tea but she's what I needed. I've been seeing her for 3 years and go once a week. I'm not sure who the other people have saw that leave bad reviews. The thing is Betty is very open, honest, and doesn't beat around the bush. She will not sugar coat things if she feels like you need to be told something she'll tell you. I needed someone who would see through my bull and help me over come the trauma and extremely hard childhood I had. I will say if you don't like being told the truth about situatios then don't ask to see her. There are many other therapist in her clinic. If you can't get ahold of the office, then drive there. The best time to call is before 1:30. Hope this review helps some with questions on who to see."

"I went here for a bit as an adult patient. They have later appointments available. It is difficult to get in and be able to pre-book those appointments. Be patient if you are just having your first few sessions here or you are waiting for your first appointment. I do feel like the therapist that I had was gentle and helped guide my thinking through my own issues."

"Waited 25 minutes in the waiting rooming our first visit. No one checked us in. In fact no one acknowledged us at all. When two therapists came out they took other patients, never asking us anything. Appointment time came and went, still nothing. Don't bother with this place, you'll likely never see anyone anyhow."
