"I was referred to this company for grief therapy as well as over all just tring to get my mental Health together . It is hard to get anyone on the telephone never less make an appointment . I have had 2 appointments that never happened and if someone is putting in a effort to get their mental health together by getting Therapy it would be nice if the therapist or company would care more . I’m not sure if who it falls on . The Therapist Alex or the over all Company but they Need to Do Better"

"We started going to Artisan Counseling in may of 2018. I could tell Ben was going to go above and beyond from the first phone call to set up the appointment. Ben asked about my son, about the issues we were having, very profesional. My son was having a lot of issues with behavior and our parenting was not the best it could be. Ben took the time to listen to my son, my husband and i and gave us the tools we needed to improve on all of our behaviors. A year later, my son is thriving in school, he has learned so many strategies, a different perspective, and overall just being more mindful of his actions. I don’t believe we could have ever gotten here without the guidance of Ben. My son could tell Ben cared what he had to say. Ben made a plan for us as a family and i thank him for everything he’s done for us. From being available to us for school related things, to being flexible with scheduling. Artisan Counseling made a huge impact in my family’s life."
