"These other reviews surprise me, so I thought I'd leave my own. I've been to this office since about 2018 or 2019 and have always had good care. I've been seeing De Leon for maybe almost 2 years, and she has always been nice to talk to and always took my concerns seriously without asking me a million questions to justify any of them. She always just believed me and would help put together a plan immediately to address any specific issue I brought up. The meetings can be short sometimes, but if you bring up a concern, she will talk with you for as long as you need. I feel like as someone who suffers from a chronic mental illness, it's sometimes hard to talk about with other people because they place some sort of doubt on your own experience. Dr. De Leon has never done this to me. She has always made me feel heard and always takes action to make be feel better or to help me be a better functioning human in general. I'd recommend her for ongoing care; I've never had her diagnose me with anything (I was already diagnosed by another psychiatrist who was in the same office but left for another job), so I don't know what the experience is like with her if there is an active problem for which you don't yet know the cause, but for ongoing care of a problem you know about, she's great and doesn't waste your time."

"Reposting this because it was taken down. Let people know the truth. Isnt very knowledgable that it does more harm than good . Please I beg you to see someone else if u plan on getting better. I got upset about a situation and she tried to take away my rights. Ridiculous and disgusting. She had her staff even chase me. She has no empathy or understanding at all. Everytime we would meet, she would type away for ten minutes, not even giving me eye contact. She doesn't know or understand her clients. Please I beg you if u need a safe space, a safe psychiatrist, and plan on getting better STAY FAR AWAY. I left her practice MORE traumatized than I came in. Also after seeing a new doctor, it has come to my attention this doctor MISDIAGNOSED me."

"My husband and I are LEAVING. Original appt was made in January. Twice this office called to reschedule the appointment. This is June 20th. We arrive as asked 20 minutes early, and NEVER spoke to a person. UPS came and knocked on the glass. A Lady first didn't wanna come sign for the package he had then did come out to sign. Nothing not even a hello was said. She went back to the back and we NEVER saw her again!!! There is a sign "on the back counter I had to struggle to read" saying if ur appt is between 12:00 and 1:00 take a seat and ur clinision will come to you at your appt time. It is 1:52. The actual appt time was 1:40!!! Nobody came out to give us new patient paperwork. Which takes a few minutes to fill out. He needs to see a Dr really bad or I would never have tried to find him one. Bad enough it's 6 months from the original call for the appointment. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR OR THIS OFFICE!!! I will also be calling my insurance company who recommended this office to inform them of the issues. I hope they take this office off there list!!!"
