"This practice is a joke. They have been stringing my daughter along for months and have canceled and rescheduled her appointment 9 times as of today. The AMA will be getting a formal complaint and the BBB will be notified as well. Do t call these people, oh yea, the phone stays off the hook so you can't. SO I hope nobody ever uses these quacks!!"

"I never like to do this but I wish I could give ZERO stars. Like yeah, the people are nice but they're completely unreliable. I took my psych test almost 3 months ago and made my appointment for my results and they've changed it almost 8 TIMES! In 3 months!! It wasn't even because I couldn't be there. I had solid appointments at first but they couldn't make them happen for a variety of "reasons." Now they're just floating me around saying "we will get back to you with a day/time later today" and I never hear anything. Only time I do is if I blow up their office phone and even then I'm told they will "get answers and call me later today" with obviously no follow up. It's completely unprofessional and I'm glad it'll be over soon. It's just so unfair to treat your patients this way."

"I started to use Greenberg and associates for my therapy and they moved to another office so I followed in hopes of getting the counseling I needed. After 2 sessions, the therapist I was seeing left to go to another company. Í was told they would get me a new therapist and that's been almost 2 months ago. They are not capable of handling cases such as mine. I was left in the dark and yet they took payment for 1 hour of counseling when I was shooed out the door after 30 minutes. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not ever deal with these people again."

"It’s crazy how I completed an evaluation last year, yet, I still didn’t hear anything about me moving forward to receiving surgery. I’m not the only patient with this problem. No one ever answers the phone. The doors are locked when you want to come in during business hours. It’s crazy and frustrating."

"The reception staff are great! Dr. Jo- hanson is very friendly and nice on a personal level, however very unprofessional. She doesnt listen nor try to help. She likes to harp on past issues instead of helping you move on. Shes very good at letting you down and helping you feel bad about yourself instead of encouraging and uplifting you. Never met dr greenburg. But shes a sweet lady. Just feel she needs more training and adjust better at separating work from home. Personally shes wonderful lady but professional a counselor is not her calling."
