"i requested appointments for two individuals directly from their website - one with insurance and the other without - and I specified which therapists were being requested. They only got back to me about the individual with insurance, had them complete all the paperwork, and then matched them with a different therapist all together. It was only after I reached out to ask what was going on that they told me the original therapist was no longer available. I get that a therapist's availability changes but then don't mislead a client into thinking they are available. They only set you up with an appointment after you fill out a bunch of paperwork so that was a huge waste of time. They also never got back to me about the individual without insurance. Very disappointed."

She is never late for our sessions and is very easy to schedule with. She has a very professional attitude. My spectrum is very easy to work with as well. The admin team almost always gets back to you via email the same day you email them and they are clear and prompt with all of your scheduling needs as well. I will and have recommended friends and family to check them out."
