"I always bring my dog, Theodore, here and am always very pleased. He is a long haired dachshund and they always do such a great job with him. He is always so happy after he’s done too, you can tell they really take good care of the animals. My mom takes her two dogs and two of my sisters bring their dogs here as well and everyone is always happy. We’ve been coming for years. Would be cool to have a loyalty card or something to earn rewards."

"The groom was fine, but I had to call for a couple weeks and left several voicemails for them to get back to me. I tried calling to set an appointment for my second dog but am having no luck with getting in touch with anyone. The website they have listed does not work, so I haven’t been able to set an appointment online. Setting an appointment should never be this difficult and isn’t worth the hassle."
