"Dr James had us fill out a package of forms about ourselves , our marriage, background etc. from which he did not appear to have retained information. His method seemed to be cookie cutter, and in not tailored to our situation. I never really felt heard by him. Only after calling to cancel, when he talked us into coming back, did he seem to begin to bring it. By then it was just too late to feel any connection. I’m sure he has a lot of skills, but I felt he was, until expressing dissatisfaction, just phoning it in. I would not recommend him."
