"I am long overdue for a review of gratitude for the amazing Dr. Candace Harding! I went to Candace back in Nov/Dec 2022, as someone who I trusted as a friend to help me achieve a lifelong goal of completing an Ironman. Candace spent the full year of 2023 by my side working through what started as Achilles/ankle pain when I started running again to absolutely all the weird kinks and tweaks that came up throughout a year of training. Think: hamstrings, quads, knees, low back, everything! I was lucky enough to use so many tools, equipment, resources that Candace had to offer and she even got me to (successsfully!) make it through my first and only dry needling, which was immensely helpful leading up to my race. I cannot begin to thank Candace for helping me successfully completely both a half AND full Ironman in 2023 and have fun with no pain for the entirety of it! "I called Dr. C to help my teen athlete with a back injury he got wrestling. She responded immediately and worked him into her schedule quickly because she knew he was eager to get back on the mat and in the pool for two important meets. During her assessment and treatment, she explained in detail what she was doing and why. She answered all of my son’s questions thoroughly and welcomed more. He was very curious, and she was happy to feed his interest. Dr. C treated him more like a teammate in his recovery, helping him feel like he was a part of getting himself healthy and keeping himself pain-free, rather than simply a passive patient. She used dry-needling on him and took the time to show him all of the needles and how they worked to build trust and allay his fears. He loved her hands-on massage and heated blankets. He felt relief after their first appointment and pain free after their second. He completed a third appointment and plans to continue to work with Dr. C monthly for the near future to correct some muscle imbalances she identified and work on injury prevention so he can continue to wrestle and swim without pause. As a parent, I appreciated the ease of Dr. C’s online forms. The process to begin was smooth and easy. The office is spacious, comfortable and offers beautiful views. Parking is easy. "I cannot say enough how so incredibly grateful I am for Dr. Candace. Before seeing Dr. C. I had met with 10 different specialists and doctors, including 3 physical therapists. I was in excruciating pain for 8 months and it seemed that no one was able to fix me. When I initially went to see Dr. C., I was skeptical because of my past experiences. But it became very clear, very quickly that she understood the body in a way that no one else I saw did. In every session with Dr. C, she continuously monitored how my body reacted to different movements and exercises and tailored my plan accordingly.
