"Recently moved to the area and it’s hard to find a place that grooms cats as it is… This place is fantastic and we will most definitely be back! I have a 10+ year old kitty and she was treated wonderfully. The staff are so sweet and although it’s a 8-930AM drop off with a 5-6PM pick up, it’s completely worth it and I know my kitty is in good hands. She came home groomed very well and very happy."

"Took my two border collies and they came out wonderful. They did a great job on their feet, nails, and thinking out the coat. Check in time is 0800 to 0930. My only wish is to get my older guys out as soon as possible. But no matter what I usually am not called until around 1630/4:30pm. I am sure the dogs are fine, but I worry when they aren't around. Very reasonable with their prices. I have yet to ask about tooth brushing or expressing anal glands. Will update this when I know more. 2023-10-17 Great job as usual. A quick note, if you see another customer with dogs, please wait for them to be checked in or at a point they can move away from the entryway. The dogs are nervous and while everyone's dogs are usually good, it is best to not take the chance. Awesome people to work with."

"I am so so happy with these ladies. I'm new to Williamsburg and they did a great job on my Pug "Monkee". All the staff is so friendly, great prices, and all the dogs were smiling! Thank you"

"Took my dog here for the 1st time and ended up taking her to the e.r.. the place is set at 75 degrees and it was too hot for my girl. I went to pick her up her tongue was blue and she was drooling .. rushed her to my vet and it was due to heat exhaustion. She still charged me full price for the grooming even tho it was only her face that got touched and even that was an horrible job. She did pay for half the vet bill but my opinion she should've paid the full bill and not charge for grooming. Will not be back ever. Worse place ever. Will not recommend to anyone. It was not a heart problem at all. My dog has a healthy bill of health.. this woman just doesn't want to take responsibility for her actions. I have her full vet records and nothing states a bad heart..worse place ever!"

"My dog got a terrible haircut. It is uneven on his face, paws, legs and chest weren't trimmed. I took him back in to show them and they did offer to take him back and make corrections but I refused since he had been there 7 hours and they didn't get it right the first time. The shop was very chaotic and not very clean. They did not offer to refund any of the charges."
