"Simply amazing! I've had trouble finding a true cat friendly groomer, but I'm so unbelievably thankful that I found Critter Wash. My cat's matting had gotten so bad that he was pulling it out himself creating bald spots and the vet was recommending a full shave, but I was very apprehensive because years ago a different place gave him razor burn during a sanitary shave. Not only did Critter Wash do an amazingly smooth shave that I'm so thankful for, but I could tell my cat was thankful as well. 1 picture is after his appointment before we picked him up, and the other picture is less than a week later and that bald spot had completely filled back in. "Trish groomed my one year old ragdoll for the first time today and did a really great job. I've had other cats groomed in the past and I honestly feel like this is the best haircut I've ever seen on a cat. She was very attentive when discussing my preferences, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. Her expertise and experience definitely shows in her work, and I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with her. Her facilities are on her property but look 100% professional, and obviously very clean."

"My cat, Sage, is not a friendly cat. She is my beloved fluff coated rage baby and she just does not like being handled beyond head pats. She has made several vets and a groomer bleed and as her person it's been really hard dealing with her chronic matting when she won't let anyone touch her, let alone brush her. Trisha had no issue. After 3ish hours, Sage was returned to me gorgeous and only minimally ticked off! Trish was even able to pick her up and touch her feet and show me everything she did for my favorite murder puff. Trisha says she speaks cat and I am a believer! We will 100% be back!"

"This was our first time getting our new long haired cat groomed. Critter Wash was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions and took such good care of our cat. She was really nervous and was not the easiest to work with but the staff easily adapted and made sure they performed in a way that minimized her stress. She is so soft and smells even better!"

"This was our first visit to Critter Wash to have our LHD cat groomed. We decided to try Critter Wash because they said they could groom our cat without anesthesia. True to their word, they were able to groom and bath our cat while he was awake. Even though the cat doesn't sleep, they do ask for the cat not to be fed after 6p the day before. They don't keep a litterbox onsite and it keeps the accidents to a minimum. We were able to schedule our visit within a week of our call. However, I given to understand around Easter and Thanksgiving/Christmas, their schedule books up and they have to start a waiting list. For cats, they schedule appointments in the morning and the cat should be picked up before noon. Our cat was dropped off around 7:50a and was ready just after 9:30a. They only accept cash or check. We were very happy with the service and absolutely will be returning as needed."
