"This entire office has an attitude. Very defensive group. Offended if you see any other doctors and won't give referrals if you do. Don't complain about not being able to get a hold of anyone in the office (which happens every time you call) again DEFENSIVE and "if you don't like it I have hundreds of others waiting to be seen" is what was said by Dr. Taylor. Apparently there have been a few bad apples that have ruined the bunch for this office and now they have attitudes toward everyone."
