"Looking for behavioral health support? You certainly won't find it here. Spent two months trying to get an appointment to see a therapist with this practice. After the first month, and two initial screening appointments, we were told "The therapist we were going to set you up with left our practice. We will try to find someone else for you." When we asked about following up on scheduling, we were told "Don't call us, we will call you when something becomes available." Absolutely NOT the thing to tell someone who is seeking behavioral health support and counseling! At that point, we were just left with no follow up, no checking in, nothing just "we will let you know when something is available, dont follow up we will call you". Its been a month since that, so if you want to be put on an indefinite waitlist and not actually get the health services you are looking for, this is a great place! Scheduling at this office needs to understand that behavioral health isn't a haircut, its not the kind of thing people seek for fun or just because they are in the mood. Making it impossible to move forward with basic scheduling to get the services you need really reinforces all of the difficulties you were seeking the services to deal with in the first place."

"Please do not waste your time with this clinic- they do not care about their patients- new or existing and will speak to you in a rude condescending way. I reached out at the end of January seeking a therapist- after 2 weeks of zoom calls filling out assessments with Dani, Jennifer at the front office said great we will be in touch with you shortly to set you up with a therapist- I’ve been calling/texting almost every week for a follow up. At the END of February Jennifer said the therapist we wanted to connect you with just left the practice- give me some more time and I will give you an update….I asked Jennifer if I should follow up and she said no, I will reach out when I have an update, maybe a few days... it is now END OF MARCH and I just called for an update to which Jennifer gaslit me and said she never said any of that and that they are no longer taking new patients…..a waste of 2 months. Please don’t waste your time or money on this clinic- unprofessional staff, unacceptable experience."

"Total Health Concepts has great therapists but terrible business practices. Communication is terrible and the medical billing is atrocious. They billed my cc without even renewing the referral and then when it was renewed by me, they did not refund but kept it in the business as "credit". Insurance claims were all over the place with pricing and dates which made it a complete nightmare to recoup our money and took almost 6 months. Meanwhile, James Cudney, whose degree is in public relations, tells you that this is all your fault and that you need to fix the issue. For a business that deals in mental health, this guilt-shaming their patients is the last thing that they should be doing. We will not bring our business here."

"I would give this place 5 stars because my therapist Shana was so incredible. I was feeling really down and overwhelmed due to COVID and she was able to really help me work through my thoughts and feelings and become more like my real self. This might sound hard to believe but I immediately felt better and back to normal again after my first session with her. She's very very good at what she does, and knows how to ask just the right questions to get you to think through things and find the answers you were looking for. Shana is also a terrific and engaged listener and really knows how to guide and lead the sessions. By far the best therapist I've ever worked with. Would love to work with Shana again ! Only reason why I dropped a star was because of their convoluted billing system. It was quite confusing and the office manager frequently seemed confused, wasn't very helpful, and couldn't answer any questions."
