"Very disappointing experience. Called and scheduled an initial over the phone consultation with the doctor to discuss having my son tested for autism. Day of the consultation appointment and I received no call. I ended up calling back to explain that I never received a call from the doctor. The receptionist was apologetic and rescheduled another appointment for me. Second appointment day comes around and AGAIN no call from the doctor. What is the use in scheduling appointments if you’re not going to follow through with them. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!"

"I scheduled my initial appointment which was going to be over the phone, for May 19th. Keep in mind I waited over a month for this appointment. I was expecting a call at our scheduled time but nothing. I called the office to ask why I did not receive a call on my appointment time or notice the Dr. needed to reschedule. They told me that they just make the Dr. Temples appointments. I decided to reschedule for the following week. & again did not receive a call. Super unprofessional and a waste of time."

"I saw Dr. Jami Temple for an assessment for autism and ADHD. First, she offered a free consultation to set expectations, and ensure the assessment would provide what I was looking for. Throughout, she was kind, thorough, welcoming, and easy to work with. She makes it easy to talk about difficult things, and was able to make my weaknesses known without being demeaning at all. The assessment itself is lengthy (4 hours), but well-done. I felt that every detail was included to make sure that the final diagnosis was reliable and fit well. You also get a huge packet that she writes up that is very detailed and helpful to review. However, she also goes over everything to make sure you understand everything. I found great value and peace of mind from the experience and highly recommend her for anyone looking for answers."
