"I have had the pleasure of working with Chris for over a year now, and if I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would. Working with Chris has been an incredible experience, and it's safe to say that it has been the best therapy experience I have ever had. I have seen several counselors and therapists in the past, but none of them have come close to the level of expertise and care that Chris provides. One of the things that sets Chris apart from other therapists is that he pushes me to step outside of my comfort zone, while still providing a safe and supportive space for me to work through my issues and grow as an individual. In my previous therapy experiences, I often felt like therapists were just telling me what I wanted to hear and guiding the conversation in a particular direction. With Chris, I feel like he truly understands what I am going through and what the underlying causes of my struggles are. He asks insightful and thought-provoking questions that challenge me to explore my thoughts and feelings in greater depth. Chris has a unique ability to facilitate exploration and growth in a way that is unparalleled. He doesn't let me off the hook when I say "I don't know," and he has a great "BS" meter that helps keep me honest and accountable. Even when talking about difficult or uncomfortable topics, Chris creates a safe and non-judgmental environment that encourages me to open up and be vulnerable. Overall, I cannot recommend ACTIVV and Chris highly enough. My experience working with him has been life-changing, and I am grateful for his expertise, care, and support in my journey towards personal growth and healing."
