"Every dog I have seen is very well-groomed. The groomers are VERY good at what they do & truly care about the dogs & cats that they bathe/groom/sit. Groomers do have accidents, rarely, as does EVERYONE, as they aren't being cut with plastic scissors & dogs, I'm sure, often, are hard to deal with and won't cooperate. Matted hair is hard to cut. I find it ridiculous, the fact that many dogs are very well taken care and/or groomed each week and because of one dissatisfied customer, this establishment has received several low rates this week! I agree, that a discount or refund should have been given after the incident, (tiny cuts on dogs bleed a LOT) but pet groomers don't get a lot of business this time of year and the money could have been desperately-needed for, maybe a bill or something. (just saying, because I don't know)"
