"The wait times are insane. I've been here three times, the first time I waited over an hour , I finally went up to the desk to inquire why it was so long, they apologized because they had accidentally skipped over me. The second time I waited over an hour for blood work, I again went to the desk and they forgot about me yet AGAIN.. Third time same as the first. Honestly, they need to do better, the nurses and doctors were great but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous."

"This place made my little cousin felt super uncomfortable during her appointment. I did not catch the nurse’s name but when she took her blood, she was very rough & wasn’t nice in terms of attitude. It took her a long time to get an appointment, but it was unclear of what they were going to discuss about because my cousin had issues. The nurse did not check up on her nor did the doctor spoke to her. They just told her to go on her way and that was it."

"I’m a little confused on how things are run in that office. I have a twin pregnancy so my ultrasounds are usually in the mornings and then I have to hang around a couple of hours because my consults are later on in the day and it doesn’t make sense to go home. Well today I leave my ultrasound at 12:30 and have a few hours to kill before 2:15 consult. I come back at 2:15 and find out I have labs I have to do after the consult. Like why wasn’t that scheduled in-between the two visits for the day?!! Then I’m waiting over an hour — 3:30pm when doctor finally saw me and says I had a glucose test they have to reschedule cos it takes an hour! Well that could have already been done! There is just no respect for patients time! We do have outside lives. I didn’t get out until 3:45 and late to my daughters 4 pm pick up at school. And what other options to high risk pregnancies have? It like a damn monopoly. Also, I’m confused why older women make visits there- I thought it was maternal-fetal medicine? Why am I competing with women for apts who are clearly not in the child bearing age? So confused."

"This place is very organized and has been great to us. Update as of 16Nov23. This place needs training. Update as of 16Nov23: Post Partum here sucks very badly. This area could use some serious attention. They charged the insurance for alot of things they were supposed to do and did none of them. The pregnancy portion was good for diabetics, but post partum team two thumbs down. I hope someone reads this and take this feedback and do better with other patients."

"Would not recommend this place. I was referred to this place by my doctor's office and had no plans of making an appointment with them due to not wanting any further testing done at a different facility. My nurse said they would call me first to talk and then maybe make an appointment. I figured there is no harm in talking and if they asked to schedule an appointment I would politely decline. Well they never called me to talk first/schedule an appointment instead they called me letting me know I had an appointment. I found it extremely rude that they scheduled me an appointment without even going over it with me first to see if I even wanted one. I mean I know if you get referred it makes it seem like you would want one, but the courteous thing to do is call to schedule it first right??? Also I called like 2 times and cancelled my appointment both times, but they still kept calling reminding me of the appointment. First time they transferred me to a nurse to cancel and it went to voicemail, so I left a message saying I apologize for any confusion, but I did not want an appointment and asked them to cancel it. 2 days later I got a call reminder of the appointment. I called again to cancel waited on hold for a good 10 minutes or more. They said they had actually scheduled me 3 appointments, so I didn't even know about the 3rd one and like why 3 whole appointments that weren't run by me first. I asked her to cancel all of them. The associate I spoke to, to finally get my appointments cancelled was nice, so I'll give them that, but overall it has been an annoying experience."
