"The first time I was scheduled to see Dr. Kwan, she was running over 90 minutes behind so I had to reschedule. Today, for my 35 week check, she was still running behind but I waited. She has absolutely no people skills and she questioned a medical decision I made after I had consulted with my regular OB at the same practice (and my OB has no objections to). After my answer, she continued to question me in a very condescending way. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Thank goodness I don’t have to see her again."
