"The staff is amazing, but I was left confused and disappointed because everything seemed unorganized, and doctors are overbooked. It was apparent that Dr. Faulk had never looked at the ultrasound results that he ordered two weeks prior because he mentioned he was going to order an ultrasound after my annual exam. I had to tell him that I JUST had an ultrasound two weeks prior and he asked me where I had ultrasound done. I had to tell him I had the ultrasound done AT HIS OFFICE and he ordered it. This was my second visit, the first visit was more of a consultation and that was when the ultrasound was ordered, and a second appointment was then set up for my annual women's health exam and to go over my ultrasound results. On my first visit I brought in copies of lab work that was ordered by another physician to add to my chart, the lab work was not in my chart on the second visit, so I have no idea what happened to the lab work. I did not feel confident that I was in good hands based on my second visit."
