"From my experience, the ladies that work on the desks to verify the insurance and schedule the patients are too rude. They lack patience and need to be educated on how to treat their clients. I am comfortable with Dr. Naved's service. He didn't catch a resulting issue after getting surgery from him and I sought a second opinion. After one look, the new doctor got an ultrasound and detected the reason for my pains. On the contrary, Dr. Naved said that it's nothing and ignored my situation."

"I will never go to this office again and I LOVE NAVID JAFRI but the financial ppl DO NOT CARE about patients nor their pregnancies!!!!! I am 6wks pregnant and started developing a weird discharge that freaked me out. They tell me to come in ASAP but when I arrived they stated the wouldn't see me unless I pay $329 up front! I could be having a miscarriage and they refuse to see me unless I pay a $300 bill I had no idea I would have to pay! So my baby and our safety means nothing if I don't pay $329!!!! I am so disgusted with their response to my emergency no matter how good the doc is if the front ppl are rude nasty and inconsiderate they whole office is bad!!!"

"Had the worst overall experience here due to the unpleasant staffing. The nurse by the name of Ashley was very rude and sarcastic. As a pregnant woman, the first thing we look for is compassion and the women up front are far from welcoming. Discharge woman was very nice. All of the other nurses and tech seemed to have very unpleasant attitudes. Doctors need a rotation in nurses/techs to ensure a more pleasant atmosphere for couples."
