This morning, I get an email saying there was an issue with my card so I called the number on the email but it was out of service so I Googled and called the local number but it just rings and rings, and rings. I called several times. Online, it says they are open today so why aren't you answering your customers' calls."

"Out of state family ordered flowers from here for my daughter’s birthday that had a balloon attached. When walking to the porch the wind which was crazy took the balloon. The man said he would bring one the next day. We told him he didn’t have to do that, we totally understood! Well he not only brought a balloon for the birthday girl he always brought one for the other little girl at the door (my other daughter). Along with two bears!! They went above and beyond to make two girls very happy!"

"Called from out of town to order something for a someone who had lost her husband. I knew what I wanted to order but didnt know if they had it or could do it or not and I had several questions, The lady , which I understand had to ask the boss a question, but she was very rude and acted like she didnt want to help me. When I questioned her on her tone and said I was sorry if I was bothering her, she just responsed with she was really busy and didnt have time for all the questions. Well, they lost my 75.00 sale by being too busy!"
