"Opted out of patient portal but was auto enrolled to receive med info via link in txt msg. If I don't want to participate in patient portal why would I want to do this? Office informed me they didn't do it, it was system generated and I have to call Care Notify to be removed. I have to correct even though I didn't ask for it. Called Care Notify and they tell me office participates and I can only opt out, which I did when I received txt msg. Never received my med info or phone call until I called to find out where my info was . Will not be going back. Why should I have to make multiple phone calls to fix something this office created. My time is as valuable as theirs."
