"Dr. Bazile Harrison is a hands on wonderful gynecologist. She takes the time to explain answers to any questions that I may have for her. Her office is always clean and quiet. I love the fact that you can do a mammogram and take care of your bloodwork there as well."

"Impossible to get up with this office!! Call and call and use the MyChart app to message, and still takes days for them to respond - if they do at all! Have had nothing but problems the 3 visits I had here, and my last visit ended up with me getting a UTI which progressed into a kidney infection. I will definitely not be coming back here."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts on and off for 15 years. The quality of care you receive has gone down hill tremendously. The only person in the office with any compassion and who tries her best to help you, is the lab tech. The front desk staff is useless and doesn't seem to care about you or your well being. I am a high risk pregnancy. I am having lots of trouble obtaining a copy of both of my ultrasounds. I was told today that I am not entitled to a copy from the office and once Dr. Roberts signs off on my ultrasound, it will then be uploaded to my mychart for me to print a copy. First ultrasound was done 3 weeks ago and is not available for me to print. Please do not go to this practice if you value your health and the health of your unborn child."

"Worst experience I've had with an OB/GYN. Waited over a month for my appointment and explained what I wanted to discuss. Got to my appointment 15 minutes early, waited 40 minutes past my appointment time, only to be told due to their religious affiliation they don't actually do the procedure I wanted to discuss. Everybody had wasted time today. Location is a bit out of the way further back from the street but thankfully it's easy to reroute yourself if you turn into the VCU building by accident. Parking is tight but they do have an entrance that you can pull up to and around easily. Building itself is alright."

"Today was my first visit. The front office staff as well as the nurses were all so friendly and Dr. Spasic was wonderful. I’m glad I am a patient there. I was so nervous but I truly felt like I had been going there my whole life. Everything was explained to me perfectly."
