"Dr. Orta Nieves is professional, helpful and listens attentively to my issues. However dealing with the office is an impossible situation. No one answers the phone or returns calls. You can easily be on hold for 30 min. and be disconnected. If you leave a message you don’t get called back. Even the portal is not getting messages through to the docs. I am in my late 70’s and never have I experienced a worse office to deal with. Dr. Orta expressed concerns with my issues and acknowledged the communication is a nightmare! I felt comfortable dealing with her. But no one is worth working through this office. There is no excuse. This is Georgetown Hospital. It’s unbelievable."
