"Benny's did a casket spray for my Dad's funeral back in March. The roses were absolutely beautiful and the arrangement was very full (other companies are a little sparse on their flowers - but not Benny's!) I also had intricate details that my mother had requested for his arrangement and they got every detail correct down to a T. I'm very impressed with this local business and will definitely be back as needed. Thank you so much for the extra thought and care during our hard time."
"I ordered through a 3rd party highly recommended online florist and THIS TRASHCAN FULL OF DIRT AND WEEDS was SUPPOSED to be a pink and purple fuchsia in a coconut hanging basket with extra purple and pink bows and ribbons!!???!! For my mommy’s 74th birthday! You can imagine the embarrassment and disappointment!! They can come back over here and get this trash!! Do not use BENNY’S !!!"
"Used online service to order flowers for my nephews funeral in Kentucky, I live in NC! Arrangement was pitiful, not what I had ordered, flowers were dying when delivered to funeral home! I called Benny's and spoke to a man he didn't seem to think it was a big deal WELL IT WAS A BIG DEAL TO ME JERK!!!! SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND REFUND SOME OF MY MONEY! It's been 2 weeks I haven't seen a dime and probably won't. Just so you know Benny's online ordering is a thing now and when you send ugly dying flowers that we pay hard earned money for then this is what you get BAD REVIEW!!!@"
"Ordered flowers thru FTD.com and Bennys is the florist that delivered. A lot of the flowers were browning, wilted and a couple completely dead. The arrangement also was nothing like what was pictured. I have contacted FTD.com and they are sending a replacement request. I sincerely hope your company makes this right!"
