"Dr Kusik delivered my baby. I had Cholestias and needed to be induced. Inducing hadn't been working for me and I was really upset. When Dr. Kusik was on call he came in very motivated. He was confident and reassuring and gave me the greatest advice to draw down the epidural. I had some postpartum complications that developed and he made them a priority. I am forever grateful for Dr. Kusik for making birth such a positive experience for me."

I particularly liked the sweet and personal approach that Maria took. I tend to have the worst white coat fear. "I saw Dr. Kusic for my first prenatal appointment it was not a positive experience. He knows his stuff and is perfectly professional but he needs to work on his bedside manner. He rushed me through the whole appointment, and simply rattled off the list of dos and donts for pregnant women without any explanation. I mentioned several times that I was feeling really sick from the morning sickness, and he didn't acknowledge that beyond saying it was normal. This is my first pregnancy and it's a big deal to me. It would have bee nice for a little more empathy and care."
