My Aunt unexpectedly passed away and we were unsure of the arrangements for her service so I went and talked with the staff at The Flower Girl they were so compassionate and caring and as soon as I found out the arrangements I called them and within a few hours my arrangements was ready for pick up. They did a beautiful job and I really appreciate the care they showed my family."

"I ordered an arrangement on 3/13/2023 and they were delivered to my uncle. I was humiliated when my uncle sent me the pictures of the flowers. I guess the artist took it upon themselves to arrange the flowers at their own discretion. I took my time to look through the website and THOUGHT I picked the perfect one. The color scheme, the size, the type of flowers and everything about it was completely different from the website, which I trusted. I work with someone that has owned four flower shops and he stated that there should have been a call or an explanation as to why there would be such a difference. I left a complaint on their website and they did not publish it. No call and no apology definitely showed they could care less about the customer, just about the money.
