"I used terrace blooms on my wedding day. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and everything that I wanted as a bride. However, the customer service was less than ideal. They didn't communicate with me and my wedding coordinator until the day before the wedding. They originally told me they would put greenery on my tables at the reception once I put table runners down. The day before, they told my wedding coordinator that I need to pick up the buckets of greenery and do that part myself. I tried to reach out to them a month before my wedding and they said they would get with me closer to my wedding date. They never did. They were over two hours late the day of my wedding. My arbor wasn't up until 20 minutes before the ceremony start time. As a bride, I was a mess thinking that everything would not start on time due to the florist. They told me that they were not expecting the vases that I got for pampas grass would be so big, but they never gave me a specific size. They just told me to get vases for pampas grass, so I got the ones that I liked. I didn't love how they put blame on me. My mom's corsage was falling apart. The reliability of the florist caused a lot of anxiety for me on my wedding day, and I don't think that a bride should have to go through that."
