"Rachael is the best! If she tells you she is going to do something, whatever it is, she follows up. To the owners of Reed's , she deserves a raise, bonus, something to show that she is appreciated. Some of my prescriptions do cost more at Reed's, than the box pharmacies;. but, you don't get the customer service like you do at Berryville's Reed's. I would rather par a little more than drive to Winchester and deal with CVS! , where in my past experiences, there is very little customer service. Additionally, I would rather support local business. Rachael is very considerate, consciousness, kind and does the work of,at least two people!"

"I remember years ago when White's Pharmacy services Berryville, it was a friendly community business that made both great health care and positive customer service priorities; this is not that place. I called today and Hannah must have been having a bad day. She was very short; that is fine Walgreen / CVS is not far away. Looking for a pharmacy? Take the drive, if I'm going to be treated like a number at least I'll do it at a facility that has what I need on hand. YMMV."
