Reviews
"Alba Marquez is amazing! She is very professional and very detailed in what she does. Love this company!"
"CleanNet is by far the most unprofessional company that I have worked with. The company does not show any professionalism from the top manager to the franchisees. My interaction with them started in early/mid April 2019. The franchisee(cleaner) had several unprofessional interactions with one of our employees to the point where he used very profane/derogatory language towards her. There were several weeks where it was obvious that the building had not been thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning crew would also bring their young children to the site and let them roam freely through the building while they 'cleaned'. When I contacted CleanNet, they would just contact the cleaner and they would return and 'clean' again. We filed no less than 6 complaints against this particular franchisee. CleanNet did not send out a QA inspector as was outlined in our contract. A QA inspector was supposed to conduct regular site visits. They only conducted one, when I told them that I wanted to cancel the contract due to them not upholding their end of the contract and their cleaner using horrible cleaning practices. While reviewing security camera footage, I observed the cleaning crew cleaning our carpeted nursery/daycare area with a wet mop, a wet mop that they had just used to clean the bathroom with. When I brought this incident to CleanNet's attention, they agreed to replace the cleaner. A QA inspector conducted a site visit and accompanied me on a walk through the building. He acknowledged that the cleaning had been subpar but also claimed that simple things like cleaning the baseboards were "a special service" and would cost extra. During his visit, his conversation with our secretary/receptionist was very unprofessional. After bringing this incident up to the CleanNet management, a different QA rep conducted a site visit and contradicted what the previous QA rep claimed regarding "special services". It seemed that we had finally reached a point where we could move forward and I discussed compensation for the gross negligence of the cleaner that had used a wet mop on the carpet. The regional manager, Mitch Wienner and his associate, Emilio Salinas agreed to work with the accounting department to compensate us one month for the incident and all the fallout around that. I had to continuously follow up with them to find out what the status was on the compensation. For months, they told me that it was in the works and repeatedly 'forgot' what the agreed amount was or 'lost' the details about the issues at hand. After more than 6 months of back and forth, they informed me that they would not be providing the credit despite promising it previously. The cleaner that they provided to replace the previous cleaner started out doing a decent job cleaning the building but rather quickly, the quality of the cleaning diminished. As with the previous cleaner, they (team of two people) would spend no more than 1.5 hours cleaning the building (14K+ sq ft, six bathrooms, multiple offices and classrooms). After 6 months of subpar cleaning with the new cleaner, I emailed Mitch Wienner, requesting the contract be terminated. He responded by having a new associate, with no knowledge of the issues we had, contact me to see if there was anything they could do to keep the contract. I provided them with a list of requirements, including making good on the credit they had promised, price matching a quote we received from a new cleaning company and reviewing/following the contract including regular QA site visits. They decided to terminate the contract. This company does not demonstrate any integrity or professionalism. If I could rate CleanNet with negative stars, I would give them a -5. Stay far away!"
