"I have gone to this practice for 25 years. I can tell you that unless you are having a baby, they care very little about your issues. The nurses and nurse practicers are very kind and helpful but some of the doctors are dismissive and downright cruel. I was left in tears last night after calling the after hours phone and being told that my excruciatingly painful and bleeding UTI was not in fact an emergency and I should call back in the morning. The doctor communicated this through the calling service and refused to even hear me. Incredibly cruel and unprofessional. Time to find a new practice."

"Dr. Crowther was my gynecologist for years, and she was truly the best gyn I have ever experienced. Compassionate, wise, comforting, and incredibly smart. The reason I stopped going to this practice was the front office staff. They were never great, but the last straw was when I called to make an appointment with Dr. Crowther, and the nurse on the phone argued with me that I should just take a medication instead of seeing the doctor. She was reading my chart, and giving me medical “advice” that I would only trust coming from my DOCTOR. I told her that if she were going to be a gatekeeper for appointments, I would find another gyn. She backtracked immediately and said she would ask Dr. Crowther what to do, but it was too late. Found another practice. Again, Dr. Crowther was exceptional, though."

I met her for the first time when I went into early labor overnight, and she listened, was receptive to my concerns, and answered all of my questions.
