"The NP Jessica White is perfect. She is warm, welcome,nonjudgmental,educated and experienced. She really cares about the service she provides and cares about you and your questions and your health. The office is clean and quiet and comfortable. They now have a phlebotomist on site and can do your blood work at your appointment if you need it. I have waited in the past when I had a late afternoon appointment which can be expected after a day of patients that maybe late and change the schedule but when I have an earlier appointment I am seen before I even finish my intake paperwork. I am very appreciate of this entire staff and their service. Also at a great location."

"It took forever to book an appointment at this location. Once I arrived I waited 45 minutes for a 2 minute visit with dr, dipalo. This is so inconsiderate of my time. she was quick and left me no time to even mention any concernes I may have had. I felt so rushed and un-attended to."

"I had appt for IUD , I’ve had this done twice before, no pain , I did not take any medicine beforehand either. Seriously painless , but this was the first time with this Nurse practitioner Jessica white at this location, I usually go to the Arlington office and see Dr. Moola. Now she does go over everything states it will hurt really bad and if I want to curse it’s ok. Now let me say this was the most painful experience I’ve ever had with iud insertion. I was moaning in pain, during. And once done, it still hurt badly. I think the difference is she has a heavy hand, and the other drs are gentle. The other Drs clamp the cervix very slowly and gently , and she literally CLAMPS it fast and rough. I do not recommend anyone to get IUD insertion with the Nurse Practitioner white, go for Dr. Moola that’s the best bet for a painless experience."
