The day before the appointment they called me to tell me they have to reschedule and I couldn’t be seen on The 19th. I figured since I had been waiting over a MONTH. They would be accommodating. Nope! She told me they didn’t have anything available at any locations for the month of January and told me she could look in the next month for me. Or be put on a waiting List. I’ve been sitting in pain for over a month waiting for this appointment and now NOTHING! Very unprofessional!!!!"

"My husband and I went this morning to see Dr. Louie-Ng Eugene. He exceeded our expectations on multiple levels. We called at 8 am this morning to make an appointment and he was able to squeeze us in at 9 am (1 hour later after making the phone call). We had a million questions about our experiences and he was very patient and very knowledgeable. I was initially a little nervous having a male as an OBGYN. When we left our appointment, we both looked at each other and said, "WOW", he is amazing! Thanks again for the above and beyond treatment."

"The WORST..the nurse practitioner insults you and takes away your self esteem just to promote her OLD employer and then they call you regardless if your driving to tell you that you possibly have cervical cancer or something else. Those kind of difficult conversation should be done in person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM."
